Mango & Strawberry Milkshake

Something refreshing for a hot day or anytime!

Ingredients:

1 cup of frozen or fresh mangoes

1/2 cup frozen or fresh strawberries

1/2 cup frozen or fresh banana

1/2 cup skim or low-fat milk

1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup or 1 package of Stevia *

Method:

Put all ingredients into a blender and purée until smooth or until desired consistency. If it’s a little thin just add some more fruit.

Makes 1 large mango & strawberry milkshake.

* Stevia is calorie-free sweetener
